ESN Electrolyte Powder: Electrolytes – Cherry / 750g

During long and intense sessions, it’s not just about how much you drink, but also what you provide your body with. This is exactly where Electrolytes come in: the combination of electrolytes and carbohydrates improves water absorption and supports endurance performance during physical activities.¹ To achieve this, the slightly hypotonic formula combines 5 electrolytes – sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride – with carbohydrates from dextrin and dextrose. With around 1,100 mg of sodium and 37 g of carbohydrates per litre, Electrolytes is specifically designed for long and intense exertion. Important to know: Hypotonic drinks contain fewer dissolved particles than blood plasma. This facilitates rapid fluid absorption, making them particularly suitable for hydration during long and intense training sessions. 5-fold electrolyte matrix: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium & chloride Carbohydrates from dextrin & dextrose Supports water absorption & endurance performance1,2…
